How long do I have to eat the ham or sausage if I order it sliced?

From the moment you receive your order, you have between 6 and 9 months to enjoy our hams and cold cuts. We slice and vacuum-pack them at the time of your order, ensuring they don't lose their flavor or aroma. This guarantees they maintain their color and texture as if they had just been cut.

What is the difference between a ham and a shoulder? Which one is better?

The main difference between a ham (jamón) and a shoulder (paleta) lies in the part of the pig they come from.
